Making it useless. They obviously could care less since this issue had persisted for over 6 months. I am amazed that huge corporations can not hire good IT people! Any app that has a rating under 2 stars shows the company really does not care about their customers. Nothing is more frustrating than an app that just does do what it promises!
Only 4 updates in the last 2 years and none addressed problems of customers! We just purchased a schwinn this weekend. I am not able to connect to Bluetooth. Very frustrated. Everything else on the bike is great. The developer, Bowflex , has not provided details about its privacy practices and handling of data to Apple. The developer will be required to provide privacy details when they submit their next app update. With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
