Steam workshop mod wont download

Hi I've got a similiar issue myself. I'm trying to download a few items for Star Wars Empire at War. But when I've subsribed to a few items wait and wait, nothing appears to have downloaded in the mod folders of the game, so I can't run the mods. Step 4. If it is, delete the broken mod. I gave it a try and moved the game to a seperate storage device and the game will run but the mods are still broke. Its really tough for me with this wifi stuff.
